Marc Jacobs is a technology executive and leadership mentor who has guided hundreds of professionals through critical career transitions. Over a fifteen year tenure at Google and now as CTO at nTop, a pioneer in advanced engineering software and computational design, Marc has built and scaled organizations through periods of explosive growth, giving him unique insights into how careers evolve and organizations thrive.
Throughout his thirty-year career spanning Google, Microsoft, Bridgewater Associates, and several startups, Marc has developed a deep understanding of the challenges professionals face at each career stage. He has personally coached over 500 leaders and built multiple engineering organizations from the ground up, most notably scaling Google Cloud Platform's frontend engineering capabilities across its core services and merging Sidewalk Labs by Google with Google Earth.
